Raila Moves with speed to quell disquiet in Azimio la Umoja Partner Parties

Former Prime Minister, ODM Party Leader and Azimio la Umoja Presidential Candidate Raila Odinga has moved with light speed to contain what is believed to be a ticking time bomb in the Azimio la Umoja coalition Partner Parties especially from the vote rich Eastern region.

Raila in the company of Royal Media services chairman and founder SK Macharia, Raila Odinga Campaign Secretariat Communication director Prof. Makau Mutua, NARC Kenya Party Leader Martha Karua and a host of other key coalition leaders hosted Ukambani leadership represented by Governor Charity Ngilu, Alfred Mutua, Prof. Kivutha Kibwana among others.

This came a day after the said leaders threatens unspecified action due to non-inclusivity in decision and participation in running of Azimio la Umoja coalition affairs.

This was expected considering any lose of the said leaders to the other side of the political devide would mean a great deal of a loss to the Coalition in terms of numbers as the August 9, 2022 general Election draws near.

It is believed that, the Leaders agreed to continue fostering  the mutual relationship amongst the partner Parties and work together towards delivering a Raila Odinga Presidency come August 9, 2022.
