Ugandan head of state President Museveni has landed in Nairobi, Kenya where he is expected to attend the signing of the East African Community(EAC) Treaty.
Information from the Ministry of foreign affairs indicates that President Museveni with other East African Leaders in a ceremony to held in Nairobi, Kenya will be witnessing the signing of the treaty of accession of the Democratic Republic of Congo to the East Africa Community (EAC).
Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) is the newest entrant to the East Africa Community joining other six member states Kenya being one of them.
This sets stage for re-designing of EAC Map to include Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC) which is expected to also be unvailed.
The other members of EAC includes Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Burundi and Rwanda.
